photo stealers or not?

i recently logged into the administrative site for skizzot.com and checked out the top referrers to my website (where people come from to see my site). i clicked on one and was dismayed to find some kid's xanga using one of my photos as his background. i was angry. why didn't he ask me? he has no right! since it was a hot link i decided i was going to play a little trick on him and change the image he's linking to. this was my first creation:


i consulted a few friends and they suggested i do something less invasive. maybe i should feel a bit flattered? after all the pics on the internet he chose mine? maybe i shouldn't be that mean...so this is what i went with:


maybe he's reading this. how did you find that pic, anyway?

Do you have any licenses on your photos? Creative Commons is your friend. :-)
