weird stuff...

So I have two gmail email address. One is a vanity name and the other is first.last@gmail.com. I rarely use the 2nd and retain it as a "backup." Over the past year or so I've been getting emails at the 2nd for someone else named scott campbell. It's like someone is giving out my email address and thinking it's there own. I really don't understand how someone could be that stupid. I figure there must be something fish going on. But whatever, I've changed my password, so I feel like it's pretty secure.

So the other day I get an email confirming a motel reservation for me at the Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport. What the heck? I didn't make the reservation, so I canceled it. In retrospect, I suppose that wasn't very nice of me to do, but hey, this dood shouldn't be using my email address as his own.
