He watches the Maiden in Red gracefully
glide along her crimson ribbon of silk
The maiden dances so freely
holding on to no one.

The maiden in red
She takes me there
makes me feel alive

she can’t see me

I never grow tired
of watching her
her ruby robe flow

unto the stage
I watch with deep irresolute

I dance so freely

her crimson
salvation so gracefully.
She knows nothing else
as that

crimson silk that holds her up
